Rental Terms
Plain English, no fine print. These are the same rules quoted on the phone and shown at booking.
What your rental includes
Each rental includes delivery, pickup, disposal, the listed weight allowance, and 3 days. Additional days are $25 per day, subject to availability. Prices are plus 7% Florida sales tax.
Weight and overage
Weight overages are billed at $120 per ton, prorated. Final weight is based on the certified landfill scale ticket, and a copy of the ticket is provided when an overage applies.
Payment
Payment is generally required before delivery. Secure online/card payment is available. Cash payments may be accepted by prior arrangement.
Placement
Containers are placed on your driveway or private property, in a spot you confirm, on ground you control and free of overhead obstructions (wires, branches, carports). Street placement requirements vary by city and county and may require a permit; the customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits.
Prohibited items and fees
Not accepted in any container: wet paint, batteries, hazardous chemicals and liquids, asbestos, food waste, and flammable materials.
TVs and tires are accepted with a $25 per-item disposal fee.
Concrete, dirt, brick and block require prior approval and use the heavy-material rate: the 10-yard dumpster, 3/4 fill maximum, with no other debris mixed in.
Sorting Fee: A $99 sorting fee may apply if clean concrete loads contain mixed debris or other non-concrete materials.
Contents are your responsibility
Everything in the container bills to your rental, including material added by neighbors, contractors or passersby. Keep the container close to the house and visible; if you are worried about outside dumping, tell us and we will place it accordingly.
Documentation
Delivery, load and pickup photos may be taken and retained for service, billing and dispute documentation.
Blocked pickups and dry runs
If we arrive and cannot deliver or pick up (blocked container, cars in the way, overloaded container, locked gate), a $150 trip fee may apply and the visit is rescheduled. A courtesy text before every trip helps you avoid this entirely.
Damage and placement
The customer is responsible for selecting a suitable placement area. Roll-off trucks and dumpsters are heavy and may cause marks, impressions or damage to asphalt, concrete, pavers, lawns and other surfaces. DumpsterX Rentals is not responsible for damage caused by the normal weight or placement of the truck or dumpster, except where caused by our negligence. Please let us know about any surface concerns before delivery.
