Built for roofing crews
Plenty of roofing companies haul their own tear-off in a dump trailer. The flat rate is for the jobs where that does not work: you need a local dumpster on a job away from the yard, you need overflow capacity when the trailer is already full, or you are working Tampa Bay from out of town and would rather not haul debris across the state.
One price, quoted before the bin goes down, so the job can be bid without a weight unknown sitting in it. Multi-day re-roofs keep the dumpster at $25/day, and crews get swap-outs when dumpsters are available.
Outside the flat rate
The flat rate covers asphalt shingles, loaded at or below the top rail, in select service areas. Tile, metal, mixed construction debris, a load above the rail, or an address outside those areas all run on our standard rates, where weight above the included tonnage is billed at $120 per ton, prorated from the certified landfill scale ticket, with a copy of the ticket provided.
