3/4 fill maximum. Heavy material adds up quickly, and stopping at 3/4 keeps the pickup on schedule.
Clean loads only
Clean concrete, dirt, brick or block only, with no trash mixed in. A $99 sorting fee may apply if clean concrete loads contain mixed debris or other non-concrete materials. Regular junk goes in a standard dumpster.
Doing demo plus a cleanout? Many customers run the heavy-debris dumpster alongside a standard one. Heavy loads require prior approval, so mention the material when you book.
